In a traditionally engineering-driven environment, I champion design thinking, scalability, and research-driven decision-making to deliver more cohesive, intuitive enterprise experiences.

2014-March 2024 - Senior Director of UX/UI

At Persado, I led the Product Design strategy for Enterprise B2B Generative AI solutions, integrating UX research deeply into the product development process. Under my leadership, our design efforts contributed to a 35% year-over-year increase in product engagement and helped strengthen Persado’s market positioning.

I built and managed a high-performing global UX team, establishing core design principles that shaped both internal and external products. Working closely with Product Management, Data Science, Engineering, Marketing, and Content teams, we launched four self-service products and a new B2B Enterprise Portal that unified the customer experience and supported 250% company growth over five years. Throughout, I focused on fostering collaboration, championing user-centered innovation, and scaling design excellence across a rapidly evolving AI-driven platform.

At Procore, I worked as a Mobile UX and Product Design Consultant, delivering innovative solutions across web and mobile platforms. I led the UX design for key features, including a Mark-Up tool that resolved critical design challenges, streamlined construction workflows, and increased customer satisfaction by 20%. Collaborating closely with product and engineering teams, I helped enhance the mobile user experience during a pivotal period of growth and expansion.
