January 2025 - Present - Director of Product Design

At Verint (formerly Calabrio), I lead design for Workforce Management, Quality, Performance Management, and Conversation Intelligence, one of three functional areas within Verint's Product Design organization. I inherited a 2-person function with no design leadership structure and grew it into 5 designers across Canada and India. Following our 2025 merger, my scope expanded to 8 designers across four product lines spanning both the Calabrio and Verint brands. We're unifying multiple fragmented product navigations into one, building a new design system from scratch in React-Aria with WCAG accessibility built in, and embedding design earlier into the SDLC through UX-led weekly rituals our engineering partners say have changed how we work together.

PERSADO

Oct 2020-March 2024 - Senior Director of UX/UI

Led a full platform modernization end-to-end: lost executive buy-in mid-project, rebuilt the business case from new research, re-secured approval, and shipped. Results: 30% reduction in key workflow time, 7-point increase in client satisfaction. Scaled the UX team from 1 to 6 designers plus Persado's first dedicated UX researcher across two continents, shifting product decisions from anecdotal feedback to validated research.

May 2014-Oct 2020 - Director of UX/UI

Joined as Persado's first UX hire and built the design function from scratch, moving design earlier into the SDLC via roadmap planning and epic definition as the company grew from startup to enterprise. Designed and shipped both self-service and enterprise platforms from the ground up: four SaaS products that reduced manual client work and lifted satisfaction scores.

PROCORE

2012-2014 - Mobile UX Design Consultant
At Procore, I worked as a Mobile UX and Product Design Consultant, delivering innovative solutions across web and mobile platforms. I led the UX design for key features, including a Mark-Up tool that resolved critical design challenges, streamlined construction workflows, and increased customer satisfaction. Collaborating closely with product and engineering teams, I helped enhance the mobile user experience during a pivotal period of growth and expansion.
