Hey there!
I've built a product design organization from the ground up twice now: first at Persado, now at Verint (formerly Calabrio). I've led distributed teams across multiple continents, driven cross-product UX strategy, and made sure design gets a seat in the room early enough to shape what gets built, not just how it looks.
Currently, I'm Director of Product Design at Verint, where I inherited a 2-person design function with no design leadership structure and grew it into a 5-person team spanning Canada and India. Following our 2025 merger, I now lead a team of 8 designers across four product lines and two brands, which has meant a lot of untangling, a little diplomacy, and more navigation strategy than I ever expected to care about (ask me!). Before that, I led UX at Persado as the company's first UX hire, scaling the team from 1 to 6 designers and shipping generative AI products for Fortune 500 brands.
I care about simplifying complexity, building design systems that scale, and keeping the work fun along the way, mergers included.
